Common solutions in the electronics sector

Shelf trolleys

Shelf trolleys are crucial tools in the electronics industry, where efficiency and precision are essential. These multi-level carts provide a structured and organized way to transport and store electronic components, equipment, and products.

Due to their modular design, we can equip them with various additional functionalities, such as ergonomic push handles, a step, and a fifth castor.

Workbenches

ESD workbenches are crucial in the electronics industry because even the smallest electric discharge can cause damage to sensitive electronic components. Our stainless steel tubes are inherently conductive, making them suitable for ESD applications.

Furthermore, for ESD purposes, materials such as conductive wheels, leveling feet, work surfaces, and roller tracks are used. These antistatic components prevent the buildup and discharge of static electricity.

Shelf racks

Shelf racks provide a perfect solution for structured storage and easy access to components and products. These units are designed to save space and promote efficiency, allowing businesses to manage their inventory in an organized manner.

Place the shelf rack on leveling feet when mobility is not necessary, or opt for wheels to ensure easy mobility.

Pregis optimizes workspace with Multitube solutions

Pregis moved to a new facility in Eindhoven and chose to leave behind the old layout. They implemented Multitube solutions to enhance assembly and repair operations.

The new facility is divided into three sections: a Multitube workspace, workstations for small assembly and repair tasks, and a separate warehouse. The Multitube workspace is dedicated to using our Tube & Joint system. The second part focuses on the assembly and repair of Pregis machines and includes height-adjustable workbenches, order picking carts, and shelving units tailored to specific needs.
