Roller tracks used in gravity roller conveyors often have a smaller diameter, shorter rollers and more rollers per linear metre than roller tracks with roller bearings. As a result, they offer a smooth and efficient flow of goods and are ideal for transporting lighter or smaller products.

Gravity roller conveyor with gravity rollers
We have carrier rollers for a roller conveyor in two material types, plastic and steel. The difference is mainly in the load capacity. For instance, plastic carrier rollers have a load capacity of 10 kg and steel carrier rollers can carry 60 kg.

Gravity roller conveyors connect various workstations and eliminate the need to walk with heavy boxes or crates. Because gravity roller conveyors are mounted at a certain angle, the products and boxes roll further by gravity.
