Your Tasks
As an Inside Sales Representative, you are the driving force behind the success of our sales team. You provide support for various sales-related tasks, with a focus on creating quotes, processing sales orders, and ensuring enjoyable customer interactions.
What is expected of you on a daily basis:
- Processing, monitoring, and following up on quotes and orders in the ERP and CRM system
- First point of contact for the sales phone line and jointly responsible for managing the sales mailbox with your fellow Inside Sales Representative.
- Responding to customer inquiries or redirecting them to the appropriate colleague
- Providing support for various tasks within the sales department
Job requirements
To strengthen our sales team, we are seeking an Inside Sales Representative who fits into this role and possesses the following qualities:
- You are an independent hard worker with a no-nonsense mentality, but also a true team player
- You are meticulous and results-oriented
- Additionally, you are spontaneous and possess good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- You hold a completed MBO level 4 or HBO qualification, preferably in a commercial discipline or in technical business administration
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written, is required, and knowledge of German is a plus
- You are available to work full-time, or for a minimum of four days per week
