STILL liftrunner frames are designed for use with the STILL tugger train system. This tugger train system allows trolleys to be pushed into trailers at floor level. Before driving, the trolleys are lifted so that only the larger wheels of the liftrunner touch the floor.

Quantore optimises picking process with tugger trains
Quantore aimed to optimise its order picking process and improve ergonomics. They chose to implement tugger trains in combination with electric tugs. This allowed them to transport three carts in a row, with a total of 12 picking positions.
This approach enabled them to pick more orders in one round. The use of a tugger facilitated the ergonomic movement of the tugger carts, which resulted in reduced stress for employees.
